To say we're passionate about our food is somewhat of an understatement. Renowned Head Chef Robin Griffiths has created a menu of traditional favourites done so well they're like new dishes – we challenge you not to fall in love with the homemade leek, shallot and Parmesan tart served with a warm poached egg and a simple green salad! Everyone talks about using the finest ingredients, but we're serious on this, from the meat we source locally (we know the farms, we know the farmers) to those unusual ingredients we go the extra mile to find.
